    Josh: With over 25 years in the construction industry, Josh is the captain of our ship at J&W Excavating, steering us towards success. 


    Wendi: As the co-captain, Wendi brings invaluable construction knowledge and a fantastic attitude to every project we tackle. 


    Kadance: A natural-born leader, Kadance keeps our team motivated, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for Fuller Enterprises. 


    Cohen: The true workhorse of our crew, Cohen is always willing to do whatever it takes to complete jobs on time, within budget, and meeting our high standards. 


    Brooklyn: As the spiritual leader of the group, Brooklyn provides an upbeat, positive attitude while maintaining a strong work ethic, essential for our excavation projects. 


    Debbie: She keeps us organized, motivated, and on track while efficiently managing administration duties, marketing, and social media for J&W Enterprises.
